Grant Ventilation Assessments
PAS 2035 which stands for (Publicly Available Specification) have introduced mandatory ventilation assessments and upgrades as part of the new standards that apply to all publicly funded energy retrofit measures. Ventilation requirements have the potential to cause the most failures if they are not fully understood. The proper ventilation within the property creates a cause for concern.
We’re required to assess extraction fan ventilation, trickle vents, door undercuts as well as other ventilation requirements within your property.
