Debris and materials such as sand can gather at the bottom of the cavity and allow moisture to penetrate through the walls showing signs of damp or mildew.
In some circumstances you may have received some advice from your insurance company identifying that the insulation needs removing as soon as possible due to the risk of flooding, fire or any impact damage. Such risks may cause serious damage to the structure of your house which can cause irreversible damage.

Cavity Wall Insulation
In the event where you would very much like to re-install cavity wall insulation then we have a fully trained, reliable team who specialises in cavity wall insulation and will happily undertake this work. Renew Energies Ltd will issue a CIGA (Cavity Wall Insulation Guarantee) upon completion.
I you are unsure if your property already has a guarantee we can use a registered software with CIGA (cavity wall insulation guarantee) to check this for you. Our trained surveyor would visit your property and perform a full survey using a borescope to check the cavity.
